General Delivery Terms:
We will deliver your order to the address you request at checkout when placing your order. You can select to have your order sent either to your home address, work or a friends address. The alternative delivery address must be in the UK. All deliveries are subject to stock availability and authorisation of your payment. We are unfortunately unable to specify the time at which the goods will be delivered to you, however stock permitting, all orders placed online are usually dispatched to arrive with UK customers within 5 working days from when the order was placed. Please note that during sales and promotions, delivery may take slightly longer due to increased demand. Goods are sent to you from our UK warehouse via DPD. If for any reason the item is out of stock we will contact you within 1 working day.
We aim to send your order right away on week days (excluding Bank Holidays). We will normally send your order to you in 24-48 hours for UK deliveries. International orders are generally received by customers in 4 – 7 working days. You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem.
**PLEASE NOTE, DUE TO BANK HOLIDAYS AND LIMITED COURIER SERVICES, DELIVERY TIMES WILL BE SLOWER THAN OUR NORMAL SERVICE. SOME DELIVERIES MAY TAKE 4-5 WORKING DAYS, ESPECIALLY OVER CHRISTMAS. DURING THIS PERIOD AND WE ASK THAT YOU CONSIDER THIS WHEN ORDERING**
Goods are sent to you from our UK warehouse via DPD, Post or NORSK International Transport. If for any reason the item is out of stock we will contact you within 1 working day. We are unfortunately unable to specify the time at which the goods will be delivered to you, however stock permitting, all orders placed online are usually dispatched to arrive with UK customers within 5 working days from when the order was placed.
FREE EXCHANGES & EASY RETURNS – UK CUSTOMERS ONLY
At Lollyfox our aim is to make the returns process as easy and as simple as possible. In your delivery you will receive a pre-printed label from the Royal Mail. You don’t need to add any postage charge to this, simply package your item securely and take it to your nearest Post Office.
Get a proof of postage & they will send the items back to us.
Once your item comes back to us we will issue a refund minus a £2.50 charge for using our pre-paid postage label.
REQUESTING AN EXCHANGE
At Lollyfox we can’t currently offer exchanges. We will refund all returned orders.
We do not offer our easy returns label for International Orders. You will be responsible for the cost of returning goods to us. We have an international collection point set up in each Country – please contact us for details.

Your refund will be paid within 30 days. Please allow 14 days for items to arrive back at returns.
None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceable of the remainder.
What information should I put in my parcel?
Please advise your name, address and order number. If you have a copy of your order number, please include this too. We will automatically issue a refund, less the £2.50 returns postage cost.

Please note that if you send the goods back to us using your own carrier, we will not refund your costs.
How long will it take to process my refund?
The Post Office Service takes 2 working days to get good back to us.
We endeavor to do this within 3 days of receipt, however please allow up to 28 days to cover any issues. Please remember it can sometimes take up to 14 days for the post office / Courier to get the goods to us.
What happens if my item is damaged or is not the correct item?
We hate it when this happens, but mistakes can occasionally occur. If your item is faulty or incorrect, please call Customer Services on 01670 713 345 and we will arrange for your item to be replaced or refunded- including your returned postage charges.
What are my Consumer Rights?
