Q: Why do I need to create an account?

A: Having an account means that you can view your order history as well as order more of our fab Lollyfox products quickly and easily next time. It also allows us to take your contact details in case we need to contact you about your order.

Q: Do you have a shop at your Head Office?

A: No, to keep our prices as keen as possible we don't have any Lollyfox shops.......yet!

Q: What is your returns policy?

A: You can return your items by post to our address and receive a refund within 28 days of receipt. Items must be unworn, undamaged and in their original condition, and you must have your receipt and/or delivery documents as proof of purchase. Please note that items with makeup or tan marks will not be refunded. Items such as earrings cannot be refunded due to hygiene reasons.

Q: Where do I send my returns to?

A: Please post your returns to us with an order number and reason for return to the address below:

Q: How long will it take for you to refund me?

A: We will process your refund once we have received your items. Please allow at least 14 days for the payment to be credited back to your account. 

Q: What currencies does this website accept?

A: We accept payments in the UK in GBP only, but our card processors will allow you to select your own currency outside the UK.

Q: Where are Lollyfox products made?

A: Our designers and buyers go to all areas of the world to bring you the most amazing products at the best prices, some of our amazing clothes are made in the UK too.
